Managing General Partner
Bryson is the Managing General Partner and founder of Technology Venture Partners, LLC. Prior to forming TVP, Bryson was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Dain Rauscher Wessels, now RBC Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the execution of over $18.4 billion of equity financings and $7.6 billion of merger and acquisition advisory work. Dain Rauscher Wessels was formed in 1998 when Dain Rauscher acquired the technology investment banking firm of Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, LLC. From 1990 to 1996, Bryson led the firm's efforts in technology, specifically in the networking and communications sectors.
Prior to joining Wessels, Bryson was a Senior Vice President in the investment banking division of Wheat First Securities, Inc., now Wachovia Corporation. Bryson has served as a strategic and financial advisor to such companies as Ascend Communications; Chipcom Corporation; CIENA Corporation; GeoTel Communications; NetStar, Inc.; Powerwave Technologies, Inc.; Summa Four, Inc.; TGV Software, Inc.; Visual Networks, Inc.; Xylan Corporation and Yurie Systems, Inc.
Bryson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Venture Partner
Don is a Venture Partner and consultant to Technology Venture Partners, LLC, specifically engaged in the areas of strategy, leadership and business development with TVP's portfolio companies. Currently, Don is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inlet Technologies, Inc. Previously, Don was President & Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Lightwave, Inc., a leading provider of optical network monitoring solutions based in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Aegis, Don had a decade-long career in several executive management positions with JDS Uniphase Corporation, a global leader in optical components, modules and sub-systems for communication networks. Specifically, Don served as Group President of the optical components and the optical transmission divisions, and was involved in JDSU's merger and acquisition activities. During Don's tenure at JDSU, the company experienced significant growth in revenues and earnings and achieved a market capitalization in excess of $200 billion. Earlier in his career, Don held a variety of technical leadership roles with United Technologies Corporation, MIT Lincoln Laboratory and RCA Corporation. In addition, Don has served on the Boards of Directors of several privately held companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aegis Lightwave and Inlet Technologies. Don is a member of the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering.
Don holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and has completed executive-education courses at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Principal
Ryan is a Principal with Technology Venture Partners, LLC involved in the investment activities of TVP's current and prospective portfolio investments. Ryan is specifically involved in the due diligence, financial structuring, merger and acquisition assessment and evaluation of TVP's investments.
Prior to joining TVP, Ryan was a Financial Analyst within Honeywell International's aerospace division and was also previously an Analyst with TVP.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
